William (Bill) Collins [Director of ACALA Sports Training Systems] wins the Gold in the 100 Meters (Age Group 55-59) at the World Master Games in Sydney, Australia. His closest competition Steven Peters dropped out before the sem-finals. Bill took first followed by Reinhard Michelchen and Wolfgang Jeske in third. Mark Hastings, Houston Elite athlete finished just out of the medals with a fourth place finish. Rick Riddle (despite a hip injury) finished in 5th. Quite a showing for Houston Elite in the sprints. This hopefully, portends a good showing the relays.
