The United States men age 55-59 lead by Bill Collins 56.06 of Houston Elite took 1,2,3 in the 400 meter dash. Archie Glaspy 57.84 second, and another Houston Elite athlete George Haywood 58.28 took third. This is George’s second medal in these world championship games. For Bill Collins this will make three times in a row at the World indoor Championships that he has completed the triple, by winning all three sprint events; the 60 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. He is the oldest runner in the field this year. These guys will team up to run a 4 X 200 meters later on today.
